The siblings jointly manage the day-to-day operations of the webshop.
Alif Home Takes the Step Toward Fulfillment!
Alif Home is experiencing steady growth, which means the logistics side is taking up more and more time. In order to focus on growing the webshop, a solution needed to be found for the increasingly large logistics burden. The business owners were covering too much distance daily because the warehouse was not nearby. Additionally, the stock volume had increased, leading to a lot of time spent on quality control. The packages were also being delivered to a post office every day. In other words, the logistics side had become an obstacle due to inefficiency. Alif Home needed to find a solution. Quickly, fulfillment became the answer. Everything related to logistics is now taken care of, allowing the owners to focus once again on growing the webshop. Two problems solved in one!

Of course, there are areas for improvement. For example, Alif Home would like a faster return processing. As a proactive fulfillment partner, Webship had already noticed this issue. We are happy to announce that a new return handling system has been implemented. Returns are now processed much more quickly.

As a fulfillment client of Webship, Alif Home can use Webship Online for free. Webship Online is a modern inventory management system that Redouan and Imane enjoy working with. However, the business owners had one comment regarding the system. The inventory management system of Webship Online does not yet send personalized emails. A valid comment! As a fulfillment partner, we place great importance on our clients’ opinions. We are happy to listen to their feedback. Our developer is working on adding this functionality.
