Quick and efficient returns processing is crucial for the success of your webshop. How quickly and smoothly does your shop process returns? It may be a simple question, but it‘s important that the return process runs smoothly and without any obstacles in order to keep your customers satisfied and to save yourself unnecessary costs.

For various webshops we handle the returns process. Returns are registered, we check each item and link this back to our WMS. Each return gets one or more photos with the necessary comments.

Finally the returns can be sent in bulk to their final destination if necessary, or they can be collected in bulk in our warehouse, or can be stored for future selling.
