Creafoam was founded by Hans Vanquathem in 2011. Hans had been active in the carnival industry for many years and was always looking for innovation. In his search, he came across foam. What started as a fun hobby quickly grew into a well-known name in the carnival world.
Today, Creafoam has become the most complete foam specialty store in Belgium. Creafoam now offers the largest selection of foam and finishing materials under one roof. However, Hans remains true to his roots, which is making foam creations. The Creafoam team works daily with the products they offer to customers. New creations are made every day, and the expertise within Creafoam is at an exceptionally high level!
Why choose a fulfillment partner?
Preparing and packaging orders takes a lot of time because Creafoam offers very specific products. These products are seasonal, so it’s not an easy task to hire a full-time worker. For this reason, Creafoam decided to partner with a fulfillment service. Webship takes care of the picking and packing, both in high season and low season, allowing Creafoam to avoid hiring extra labor, even though only a portion of the total stock is stored at Webship.

Why did Creafoam’s owner, Hans Vanquathem, choose Webship? The products Creafoam offers cannot all be stored using standard facilities like bins, shelves, or pallet spaces. Hans needed a fulfillment partner that could offer a tailored solution. And so, Webship delivered! We developed a custom storage solution, both for full foam rolls and for rolls from which parts are cut.
Cutting?
That’s right! We don’t only ship finished or pre-packaged products. In this specific case, customers can order foam in custom lengths (the width is fixed at 100cm). Our staff then cuts the foam according to the customer’s requirements.
