How did Biofase end up with Webship?
Owner Guido Castelein was not familiar with the concept of fulfillment. By chance, Guido came across a Facebook post about fulfillment. It was a very interesting topic, and Guido immediately saw the benefits of a fulfillment partner. After some online research, Biofase found Webship.

How did the collaboration between Biofase and Webship start?
Once a collaboration agreement is made, the real work begins. First and foremost, an account for Biofase was created in Webship Online. Webship Online is Webship’s inventory management application. In this cloud-based application, you can easily enter orders, create new products, and much more. Guido created his products and placed a purchase order. The products from Biofase were then delivered via container. Webship provides solutions for all types of deliveries.
The products were sorted, a quality check was carried out, and the products were professionally stored in the warehouse. Each product is assigned a warehouse location. If Guido wants to perform an additional quality check, he doesn’t have to search for his products in the warehouse. He just needs to know the warehouse location to quickly find the products.
Once the products are professionally stored, Webship and Biofase are ready to ship products to customers, either by box or pallet.
