In the meantime, the structural work of our new logistics warehouse is progressing on our construction site. The final shapes are already clearly taking form, and the surfaces are coming into their own. There will be intensive work in the coming weeks until the construction holidays (July 19), as this is the deadline to complete the structural work, including the steel deck which will become the future roof above our heads.
After that, it will be time for the roof finishing (insulation and waterproofing), utilities (sewage, water, electricity), and finishing touches (sealing against wind and water, installing loading docks and sectional doors, etc.).
