Cut-off times
Below is an overview of the maximum (and guaranteed) cut-off time (Brussels time zone) per courier for same day shipping (next-day delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands):
- PostNL: 8:30pm (5:00pm)
- bpost: 4:00pm (12:00pm)
- UPS: 2:00pm (12:00pm)
- DHL: 1:00pm (12:00pm)
- GLS parcel: 12:00am (11:00am)

This calculator displays indicative shipping costs including mileage fees and fuel surcharges, but excluding VAT and potential surcharges such as island surcharges, XL surcharges, or import taxes. For shipments outside the EU, we need to prepare a CN23 customs document (+€2.85/package). Shipments sent via DHL are subject to volumetric calculation, where either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (height x width x length in cm)/5000 = volumetric weight) will be considered as the actual weight. The higher weight will be charged. The prices shown are subject to typographical errors and cannot be enforced in any way.
