Purchase orders
Of course, before we can deliver sales orders, purchases have to be made first. You can easily enter this via our application.
Inbound
When your goods arrive, we check the quality and quantity before storing them in the warehouse.
Sales orders
Sales orders can be entered into the system either manually or automatically via a linked online store or sales location.
Pick & pack
Once payment has been received, our order pickers can start to put together and pack the order(s) according to your requirements.
Shipment
Every day several courier services visit us to pick up (or deliver) parcels/pallets and deliver them to the end customer(s) worldwide.
Returns
Return management is an important link in the sales process. Returns are registered in advance after which we do the necessary checks!

Who are we and what do we do?
From Vichte (West Flanders) we provide online services for various Belgian companies. Our customers are mainly located within BeNeLux but also within Europe.
Besides building, maintaining and promoting websites and online stores, we have several in-house online stores (= an excellent way of learning the ropes) and deliver e-fulfilment activities from our own warehouse.
We do not only use our order and stock management system internally, but we also open it up for use via Webship Online.
